Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12+ month, on-site contract with our financial services client near Nashua, NH. You will elicit and capture acceptance criteria, and develop business acceptance test plans to implement solutions for medium-to-high complexity needs.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of BA experience, proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Mural, and a track record of driving results in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of BA techniques (benchmarking, risk analysis, user stories, UAT, product documentation).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog tools.

Our Financial Services Client near Nashua NH is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract role supporting Customer Solutions.

In this role, you will use your strong analytical and problem solving skills to elicit and capture story acceptance criteria, develop and implement business acceptance test plans, and implement solutions to address business needs of medium to high complexity.

Successful Business Analysts are highly motivated "self-starters" with a sense of ownership, who are driven to succeed.

This role is 100% onsiteRate: 30-33/hrDuration: 12 months, expected to extend multi-year

MUST HAVES

• Looking for 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Basic knowledge (3+ years) of business analyst techniques such as benchmarking, business rules analysis, risk analysis, user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tool.
