Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and financial analyses that support informed decision‑making within the business unit.
• Apply standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for business insights.
• Work extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies.
• Utilize all available sources to increase coverage of companies and data factors, transforming qualitative information into defined quantitative data points.
• Use databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling.
• Drive related projects forward to build a more complex customer data environment with better tools and capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder conversations, and translate business needs into actionable work items.
• Project management or coordination experience is a plus.
• Comfortable tracking tasks, managing timelines, and keeping cross‑functional teams aligned would thrive in this role.
• Must have experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
