Business Analyst

Media, PA (onsite) | $90K - $110K

Overview:

We’re working with a well-established, multi-billion-dollar company experiencing rapid growth in the essential services and construction support sector. They're seeking an experienced Analyst to join their corporate team onsite in Media, PA.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role focused on building reporting tools, dashboards, and financial or operational models from scratch, using advanced Excel functions and other systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technology teams to structure new reporting workflows and support leadership with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Build custom Excel models and templates from raw data (no prebuilt files)

Structure and automate recurring reports and dashboards

Analyze data trends and translate findings into usable reporting tools

Collaborate with multiple departments to understand reporting needs

Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from senior leadership

Requirements:

3–8 years of professional experience in data, reporting, analysis, or operations support

Advanced Excel skills: INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, conditional formulas, custom templates

Experience building models or reporting tools from scratch

Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
