Randstad Digital is seeking a business analyst contractor in Covington, KY. You will work with Confluence, MIRO, and story writing to capture requirements and drive backlog management alongside stakeholders. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira-like work-tracking tools is required to document and track progress.

You will analyze business needs, design workflows, and support cross-team collaboration while mentoring others and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure test traceability.
• Coordinate issues with Business and IT Product Leaders to resolve promptly.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and multi-project workloads.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use?case development, requirements and solution documentation.
• Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners.
• Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Willingness to coach and guide less?tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
