Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Covington, Kentucky is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support requirements analysis, backlog management and stakeholder communications. • Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure test traceability.

• Manage dependencies across teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate meetings with attendees, set agendas, document outcomes and action items.
• Analyze current and future state processes and document requirements and solutions.
• Lead effort on backlog management and story writing for delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use?case development, requirements and solution documentation.
• Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners.
• Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Willingness to coach and guide less?tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
