Job summary

Asterism IT Solutions LLC in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements elicitation, Agile development, and IT project initiatives. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions, working with senior management to establish strategies and roadmaps.

This role is onsite in Lansing with weekly in-person interviews and relocation expectations for nonlocal candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business process review, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
• 5+ years of experience developing or managing Agile user stories.
• 2+ years working directly with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building.
• 2+ years working on IT solutions for public use.
• 2+ years supporting statements of work, contracts, or work agreements.
• 1+ year working with state- or federally regulated programs.
