Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Johns Creek, GA (onsite 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Business & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements; act as a bridge between business and technology teams; facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive consensus; provide clear communication and reporting to senior management and key decision-makers.
Support Application, System or Product Roadmap: Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams; work with enterprise architects, solution architects and developers to ensure alignment with the requirements; oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT).
Technology & Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing; understanding of TMS, WMS, Salesforce, and other systems used in Logistics is a plus.
Delivery & Adoption: Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards; lead efforts related to user training, documentation, and user adoption strategies; work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, and Manufacturing industry processes.
Experience with Systems: Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, OTM and MES systems is a plus.
Functional Skills: Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements; process mapping, workflow definition, and digital transformation; excellent communication to engage with business and technical teams; strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and negotiate; analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking; self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments; willingness to travel for business and project engagements.
