Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Jacksonville IT legacy systems manufacturing ecosystem. The BA will work with Business, Quality, SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to understand current-state processes, define requirements, evaluate impacts to legacy applications, and support requirements through implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for IT/legacy systems.
• Ability to map current-state and future-state business and system processes.
• Proven skills in data-flow and system-flow analysis.
• Strong capability to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with backlog management and requirements traceability.
• Proficient in coordinating with stakeholders and managing workshops.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and risk mitigation actions.
• Ability to perform impact/dependency analysis across interfacing systems.
• Experience supporting UAT planning, execution, and defect clarification.
• Knowledge of handling changes in scope and requirements after approval.

Responsabilidades

• Manage changes to scope, design, testing, and delivery with approved changes.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and defect clarification.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/Technical Lead to identify gaps and risks.

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support Jacksonville IT legacy systems manufacturing ecosystem. The BA will work closely with Business, Quality, Technical SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to understand current-state processes, define requirements, evaluate impacts to legacy applications, and support requirements through implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support business and system requirements gathering for JAX legacy applications.
• Understand and document current-state and future-state business/system processes.
• Perform process mapping and data-flow mapping across legacy and target systems.
• Translate business needs into clear user requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and risks.
• Maintain requirements and supporting information in Jira.
• Facilitate requirement review and grooming sessions with Business, Technical, Quality, and development teams.
• Perform impact and dependency analysis across interfacing systems before requirements are finalized.
• Manage requirement changes after approval, including assessing impact to scope, design, testing, validation, dependencies, and delivery
• Support UAT/test scenario definition, defect clarification, requirement traceability, and release readiness.
• Work closely with the JAX Product Owner/Technical Lead to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring escalation.
