VTekis Consulting LLC is seeking a skilled API-focused engineer to support digital transformation projects. The role emphasizes re-engineering, API management, and collaboration with engineering, PM, and technical staff. UAT support and strong documentation are required.

Candidates should bring experience with .NET stack, SQL, and building microservice-based platforms, along with SAFe experience and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Uncover and translate customer needs into requirements.
• Have a technical background with C#/VB/.NET and SQL knowledge.
• Write technical requirements for a microservice-based platform mapping stories to features.
• Manage API implementations, enhancements, and customer support; map interactive API scenarios.
• Provide detailed analysis, documentation, and enhancements of user stories.
• Analyze acceptance criteria to bridge business and technical teams.
• Serve as first point of contact for business conflict resolution.

Job Description

We are looking for a domain experience of APIs and re-engineering experience that is working in digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, engineering, project management, and technical staff
• Ability to evaluate system changes and its results to certify that all changes are accurate and meet quality standards as per initial expectations.
• Support the UAT by confirming the correctness of previously elicited requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience working in SAFe

Job Responsibilities

• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Comes from technical background, have good understanding of coding language such as .Net, ASP .Net, VB .NET, SQL queries
• Have experience of writing the technical requirements for a Microservice based platform mapping the technical stories with functional features
• Managing API implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively. Uncovering the interactive scenarios between the APIs.
• Detailed analysis, documentation, and enhancements of user stories.
• Analysis of acceptance criteria to form a bridging between business and technical teams
• The first point of contact for conflict resolution from a business standpoint
