• Experience with BI tools
• Working with various TMS tools
• Data analysis experience in discussing reporting requirements and creating reports
• Proficient in MS Excel; creating reports, working with pivots and macros
• Technical knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Business Objects (useful but not required)
