• 3+ years of designing, developing and testing reports in SSRS
• 3+ years of designing, developing and testing analytic and operational dashboards
• 3+ years of designing, developing and testing data visualizations, geographic and mapping reports with drill down capabilities
• 5+ years of T‑SQL experience
• 1+ year of Cognos Development
• Advanced level knowledge of 1 or more of the following: SQL Server (OLTP), Analysis Services (OLAP) or Cognos
• Experience with PowerPivot
• Experience with SharePoint integration
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts, posing analytic questions of the data and documenting requirements
• Experience with additional analytic tools (SAP, Hive, Oracle BI, Tableau, etc.)
