Job summary

O2 Technologies,Inc is seeking a capable Business Analyst to drive process documentation, requirements management, and test planning. You will support procurement specification development, PMO governance, and change management while coordinating data collection and stakeholder interviews across public-sector and transportation projects.

The role involves delivering business cases, market analyses, and go-live training, with a focus on vendor management and delivery assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, IT, or related field.
• Experience with requirements management and procurement processes preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business processes and requirements.
• Manage requirements lifecycle and test planning activities.
• Support procurement specification development and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate PMO activities and project administration.
• Lead change management and communications planning.
• Collect data and perform analyses to support business cases.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Provide go-live support and training delivery.
• Oversee vendor delivery and ensure quality assurance.
• Define metrics and prepare management reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops.
