Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an entry‑level Data Entry Specialist to support utility outreach and customer inquiries. You will prioritize requests, assist with bill inquiries and payment escalations, and collaborate with internal teams.

This remote role offers occasional office visits for meetings. Candidates usually have 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, with intermediate Excel skills (no need for VLOOKUP/macros). The position may extend to two years; equipment provided.

• Candidate Background: The role is open to entry-level candidates with one to three years of work experience and a bachelor's degree. Candidates with customer care experience, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate and provide feedback have historically been successful in this role.
