Veracity Software Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for our FinTech team in Atlanta. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, support data-driven decisions, and help optimize financial products and processes.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear documentation. Experience with Excel/SQL, JIRA, Trello, and Confluence is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in FinTech/financial services.
• Knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Wealth Mgmt).
• Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
• Excel, SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, Confluence for project tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Wireframing/prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Figma is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech, asset management, or financial services industry.
• Knowledge and experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Wealth Management, or other financial products would be preferred.

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL is an added advantage.

• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and developments in financial services, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative.
• Documentation: Develop detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications, with a focus on financial products and systems.
• Project Management Support: Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or other platforms to manage and track project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure products meet business needs through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ongoing feedback.
