The Associate Trainee, Business Analysis Track, is a three-year developmental opportunity for recent graduates and early career professionals who are passionate about solving business challenges through data, analysis, and strategic thinking. Trainees will gain hands-on experience supporting business initiatives, evaluating opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that drive organizational success. Through rotational assignments, mentorship, and specialized training, participants will build strong analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to multiple business functions and key stakeholders across the organization.
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of professional experience in business operations, process improvement, project coordination, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
Internship, cooperative education, academic projects, leadership programs, students’ organization, or other relevant experiences may be considered.
No certifications or license needed.
