Alignerr is seeking MBA-qualified business professionals to train and evaluate AI models remotely. You will stress-test AI reasoning across corporate domains and author authoritative solutions, enabling AI to serve as a sophisticated partner for executive decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract. No prior AI experience required—just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

Qualifications

• MBA required from an accredited program.
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑style summaries and professional recommendations.
• Highly precise and detail‑oriented when evaluating financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments.

Responsibilities

• Design Advanced Business Challenges — Construct complex, realistic business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step‑by‑step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, Porter’s Five Forces, 5Cs), and executive‑quality rationales — that serve as the definitive benchmarks for AI training.
• Audit AI‑Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI‑produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards.
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misreading macroeconomic signals — and provide structured, actionable feedback.

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive‑style summaries and professional recommendations
• Highly precise and detail‑oriented when evaluating financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on an async, task‑based schedule
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
