K10 Apprenticeships Ltd is offering a Business Administration Apprenticeship based in Hackney. This role involves essential administrative duties within a dynamic construction environment, where you will support productivity through document management, budgeting, and communication tasks.
The apprenticeship lasts 18 months and includes a Level 3 qualification. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a proactive attitude, live in the Hackney area, and meet certain educational requirements. A commitment to health and safety is essential.
Administrators, sometimes known in construction settings as Document Control officers, need a broad range of skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity. The function is integral to any construction organisation as they process and manage various procedures, paperwork, communications, permits, orders, etc. Duties typically include:
Office-Based Role - This role involves prolonged periods of desk-based work, computer use, and telephone communication within an office environment. K10 Apprenticeships will consider reasonable adjustments where possible to support individuals in carrying out the essential duties of the role.
Typical Work Patten
40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of paid 8 hours at college.
Person Specification
English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.

Key Training/College Information
K10 will enrol you to the Level 3 Business Administration course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
The apprenticeship duration is 18 months with an additional 3 months for your End Point Assessment (EPA).
