Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate’s degree in the subject matter or a closely related area; OR 2 years of experience teaching or closely related professional experience.
• Ability to teach in business subjects and contribute to student success.
• Experience in developing and delivering course materials and maintaining student records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging business-related instruction through the Business Resource Center.
• Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and other instructional resources.
• Foster a student-centered learning environment and provide timely feedback on student performance.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance and participation.
• Communicate course expectations and progress with students and stakeholders.
