Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate’s degree in the subject matter or a closely related area; OR 2 years of experience teaching or closely related professional experience.
• For Example: Associate's degree in a related field; OR one year of college coursework in a related field AND one year of teaching experience.
• OR two years of experience teaching or related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging business-related instruction through the Business Resource Center.
• Prepare and maintain course materials including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments.
• Foster a student-centered learning environment with practical application of business concepts.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Create a welcoming classroom environment that supports student success.
