Job summary

Point Broadband seeks a results-driven Business Account Executive to identify and develop a defined base of accounts within the company’s local markets. You will prospect, negotiate, and close new business, selling data and voice solutions to targeted accounts.

The role requires managing a sales funnel of hundreds of customers, delivering monthly quotas, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in telecom sales or related field.
• Strong prospecting and funnel management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined, targeted customer base.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Lead and orchestrate company resources and personnel in support of the customer relationship.
• Present professionally to and engage with all pertinent decision makers.
