Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in New York is hiring for a Utility/Production role on the 3rd shift to support multiple production lines assembling, coating and finishing bushing components. You will work under supervision on a range of tasks and cross-train across machines to broaden your skill set.

Responsibilities include assembling bushings, coating studs, winding cores, and ensuring quality control. A safe, clean work environment is emphasized, with training provided during the 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, JSAs and drawings.
• Basic measurement using ruler or tape measure.
• Interpret machine gauges and displays for quality and efficiency.
• Fork truck certification a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assemble POC and PRC bushings.
• Coat PRC studs.
• Wind cores and cut foils.
• Clean, inspect and package finished bushings.
• Assist with assembly of additional bushing components.
