Job summary

Twin River Berries, a SanLucar company, is seeking a Category Sales Manager to drive bushberry category strategy and performance across North America retail, club, and specialty channels. You will lead a retail account management team, set pricing directions, and maintain key buyer relationships.

You will work closely with Grower Relations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to balance supply and demand, ensure OTIF targets, and develop growth opportunities in organic and premium segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fresh produce, account management, or category management.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales or account team.
• Proven success calling on retail buyers and category managers.
• Knowledge of retail pricing dynamics, promotions, shelf sets, and category reviews.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to trade shows and buyer meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the bushberry category sales strategy across assigned accounts and formats.
• Lead a team of Retail Account Managers with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contractual terms to protect margins.
• Coordinate with Grower Relations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align supply and demand.
• Represent Twin River Berries/SanLucar at trade shows and industry events.
• Provide regular reporting on category performance and risks to senior leadership.
