Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Raleigh, NC. You will analyze business issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with business users and IT teams to define requirements for new applications. You will create Use Cases and User Stories to guide development and ensure alignment with IT controls.

Expect 40 hours weekly and 5% travel. Required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience, including 3 years in eliciting and documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or related.
• 5 years in business analysis of product and/or software development.
• 3 years of experience doing data analysis with SQL-based databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2).
• 3 years of experience eliciting and documenting requirements via interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.
