Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a friendly Restaurant Busser/Server Assistant to provide efficient service to dining guests. You will clear and reset tables, stock stations, assist servers with water and beverages, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, monitoring refills, rolling silverware, and upholding sanitation standards while exemplifying our core values and DEI culture.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan, spray bottle and towel).
• Experience using and cleaning cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag‑in‑Box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicer.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated.
• Maintain side stations and cleanliness of restaurant.
• Monitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requests.
• Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes, and clean/stock work areas.
• Clear and re-set tables within 2 minutes of guest departure.
• Roll silverware and other side work.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness per sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate core values and family‑style service.

Job Summary

Provide friendly and efficient service to restaurant patrons to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Responsible for prompt clearing, cleaning and re-setting of tables according to specifications. Assist the servers in the service of water, coffee and beverages.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
