You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and staff performance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across services including school buses, transit, paratransit, and charter operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in a service environment, strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years management experience in a service environment including operations management.
• Accounting and excellent communication and customer service skills a must; relationship-building and value-added selling skills are essential.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit new business and maintain current customer base while optimizing revenue and service levels.
• Direct day-to-day operations within the company framework, including scheduling, routing, billing, payroll, and inventory control.
• Hire, coach, and supervise staff and drivers, ensuring performance goals and training needs are met.
