TITLE: Bus or Van Monitor

REPORTS TO: Director of Transportation & the Superintendent of Boone Community School District

WORK YEAR: 9 Months

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the safe operationof a vehicle transporting students to and from schoolsin accordance with policies and procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited to assuring the safe operations surrounding the transportation of all riders; student management and discipline; and communication with parents/guardians, students and school officials.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required
