Qualifications

• Levels II/III require demonstrated leadership on complex projects in design or construction.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise construction/rehabilitation of bus depots and associated systems (HVAC, BMS, fluids, fueling systems, conveyors, doors).
• Prepare drawings and technical specs, document work, and communicate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local codes, and state regulations; create CAD drawings and estimates.
