Qualifications

• Experience in performing routine and preventive maintenance for buses.
• Ability to identify mechanical issues visually or with diagnostics.
• Capability to perform tests and ensure proper function of systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work and maintenance on buses.
• Conduct routine checks and comprehensive diagnostics.
• Plan and execute repairs within scheduled timeframes.

Skills

Knowledge of mechanical repair skills

Analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to read service and repair manuals

Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment

Education

Vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in auto repair or related field

Two plus years of related experience

A commercial driver’s license

State inspection license / hydraulics
