Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Bus Help at our Wrightsville Beach property to assist servers and bar staff and keep the dining area guest-ready and clean. You will perform table prep, maintain cleanliness, stock beverages, and help with daily tasks to support a smooth service.

The role requires teamwork, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Physical tasks include standing and walking during shifts on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables in between guests.
• Keep the restaurant clean with sweeping, dusting and trash pickup.
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained.
• Assist servers with daily tasks.
• Clean up spills and messes as they occur.
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed.

What will you be doing most days?

• Clean and prepare tables in between guest
• Work to keep the restaurant clean and maintained with duties such as sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash
• Support the bar staff, keep liquor stocked, and inventory maintained
• Support the servers in their daily tasks
• Clean up messes and spills as they occur
• Help with other restaurant duties as needed

• You have excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
• You work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude at all times

Physical Requirements For This Position

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
