Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Server for its Saint Petersburg property. You will deliver guest service, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and maintain sanitation standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires availability nights and weekends, the ability to stand for long periods, and a friendly, guest-focused approach. OTO Development offers a competitive pay and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol.
• Provide a friendly, relaxing, and courteous service demeanor.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and offer recommendations.
• Inform kitchen staff of times, updates, or changes to orders.
• Serve orders from kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments.
• Issue bills and collect payment (room charges, card, or cash with correct change).
• Assist other servers as needed.

What will you be doing most days?

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
• Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
• Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest's orders
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
• Issue bills & collects payment; including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
• Assist other servers as needed

Physical Requirements For This Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
