# **Position Overview**The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions. As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in remotely. Roles and responsibilities -Oversee process improvement programs that work with cross functional teams across the organization -Use Lean Six Sigma methodology to review business processes and identify potential gaps and risks in key processes and mitigate potential client harm before it occurs -Execute lateral leadership, delegating to peers on team and leading/influencing partners across the organization -Use analytical skills and problem solving to identify solutions to potential gaps -Effectively communicate through executive leadership findings and recommended solutions -Confidently and effectively give recommendations to the execution of business strategies relying on analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: Strong Communication Skills Analytical Thinking Strong Organizational SkillsThis position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC.
