Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Pasadena, CA is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. You will follow routes and schedules, assist riders, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.

This role requires strong customer service and adherence to DOT and company protocols. Starting pay is $25.30/hour with progression to $41.50/hour over five years. Benefits include vacation, PTO, sick leave, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with proper endorsement highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Passenger care: assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts, respond to emergencies, comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required.
