Job summary

Transdev in Arcadia, CA is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to ensure safe, reliable passenger transport on assigned routes with strong customer service.

This full-time position requires a CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements, 3+ years of driving experience, and willingness to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Union pay scale applies: $25.00–$40.00 per hour, with benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement (CDL training provided).
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations following routes and schedules with compliance to safety rules.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, assist boarding, and ensure comfortable rides.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold policies, including seat belt enforcement and emergency readiness.
• Perform other duties as required.
