Job summary

Cassia Moose Lake Village in Moose Lake, MN is hiring an On-Call Bus Driver to support residents and staff. This position offers on-call hours at $17-$20 per hour, with a focus on safe transportation and dependable service in a healthcare setting.

You will drive for scheduled outings, complete MnDOT daily logs, track maintenance, perform bus upkeep, and handle additional tasks as requested. A clean driving record, MnDOT physical, and background check are required, with strong communication and

• Good driving record: no moving violations in the last two years.
• Must pass the MnDOT physical examination and a criminal background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings.
• Complete proper documentation for MnDOT including daily logs and quarterly reports.
• Track and schedule maintenance for the bus.
• Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas, washer fluid, cleaning the bus, etc.

Bus Driver Responsibilities
