Koelsch Communities is seeking a dependable bus driver to transport residents safely and on time to appointments, events, and community activities. This role partners with the active living team to provide friendly, efficient service.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive hourly wages between $22 and $24, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, life and accidental insurances, HSA contributions, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, a referral bonus, and growth

Qualifications

• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from locations such as shopping, medical appointments, banks, and social events.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain accurate and current safety logs related to the inspection.
• Assure preventative maintenance procedure and documentation is completed per the maintenance schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You want to provide safe and efficient transportation for our residents. This role works closely with our active living team to drive residents to and from appointments or events in a timely, friendly, and safe manner.
