Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI, is seeking a part-time Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school. This role runs Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon shifts, within Lake Orion, MI. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with families and staff.

The position offers a starting pay of $18 per hour, with CDL holders earning higher compensation. Experience with children is preferred and CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid chauffeur's license (CDL holders compensated higher)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
• Experience transporting children preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong reliability and communication skills
• Passion for supporting young children and families
• Punctual, organized with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Are you a safe, dependable driver who enjoys working with young children? Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Lake Orion is looking for a caring and responsible Bus Driver to safely transport children in grades K-5 to and from their local elementary school.

Position Details

Status: Regular, part-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-9:30am and 2:45pm-4:30pm

Location: Lake Orion, MI

Pay scale: Starting at $18/per hour

Essential Functions:

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow safety procedures
• Maintain route and transportation records
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching staff
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized
