Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeking a part-time Bus Driver to safely transport students in grades K-5 to and from local schools. This role runs Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon shifts, starting at $18 per hour.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with families and staff. The ideal candidate will hold a valid chauffeur's license (CDL benefit), have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid chauffeur's license (higher compensation for CDL holders).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Experience transporting children preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong reliability and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting young children and families.
• Punctual, organized with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain route and transportation records.
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching staff.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized.

Are you a safe, dependable driver who enjoys working with young children? Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Clarkston is looking for a caring and responsible Bus Driver to safely transport children in grades K-5 to and from their local elementary school.

Position Details

Status: Regular, part-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-9:30am and 3pm-4:45pm

Location: Clarkston, MI

Pay scale: Starting at $18/per hour

Essential Functions

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow safety procedures
• Maintain route and transportation records
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching staff
