Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeking a part-time driver to safely transport young learners to and from school and activities. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensure proper child seating, and maintain transport records with strong communication to families and teachers.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid chauffeur's license (CDL holders compensated higher).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience transporting children preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong reliability and communication skills.
• Punctual, organized with a positive attitude.

Position Details

Status: Regular, part-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-9:30am and 3pm-4:45pm

Location: Clarkston, MI

Pay scale: Starting at $18/per hour

Essential Functions

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure children are properly secured and follow safety procedures
• Maintain route and transportation records
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching staff
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
