Bellwood School District #88 is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe transportation for students. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, a valid Illinois Type C Driver's License, and must be prepared to supervise students during their rides.

The bus driver has the mission of providing safe and efficient transportation of all students.
Bus drivers must supervise all children riding on their bus with assistance of the Bus Assistant.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hold a valid State of Illinois Type C Driver's License and a State of Illinois permit to operate a school bus.
Academic year Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Overtime options are available.
