Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a part-time Bus Driver for an afternoon route in Winnemucca, NV. You will transport Club members aged three to five years safely and on time, with on-site collaboration with the Transportation or Facilities teams.

Eligibility includes a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, being 25 or older, a clean background, and passing a DOT drug screen. PTO and wellness options are available, with potential pension eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement is required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check and a DOT drug screen (including THC).

Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver Boys and Girls Club members aged three to five years in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist Transportation or Facilities with routine maintenance and upkeep.
• Provide a safe and secure environment and experience for all members.
• Maintain accountability for schedule and shifts to support daily operations.

Boys & Girls Club is committed to practicing those values to create a community organization where you can be sure you’re making a difference.We are looking for part-time applicants interested in a highly part-time afternoon-only route.This position does not require previous experience, but previous experience will be preferred.This position does require a valid CDL with passenger endorsement. Additionally, due to insurance requirements, this position does require that you be 25 years of age or older.You will have the opportunity to focus on youth safety and educational opportunity by:picking up and delivering Boys and Girls Club members aged three to five years in a safe and timely manner,assisting Transportation or the Facilities Department with routine maintenance and upkeep,and providing a safe and secure environment and experience for all Club members.This position is expected to be highly accountable for their schedule and shifts, as this role is essential to daily operations.
