Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a part-time Bus Driver in Wilmington, Delaware. The role involves safely transporting residents to various outings, appointments, and community events. The ideal candidate will ensure friendly and timely service to enhance residents' independence.

Applicants should have a high school education, at least a year of driving experience, and must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher). Eligibility for comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) plan is provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement.
• Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Bus Driver

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States.

Position Type: Part‑Time.

Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to/from scheduled outings, appointments, shopping trips, and community events. Provide friendly, timely, and safe transportation services to support the independence and well‑being of residents.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment).
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Pay Range
