Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport residents to outings, appointments, shopping trips, and events. The role supports independence and well-being by delivering friendly, timely transportation services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid CDL Class B+ with passenger endorsement (or commit to obtaining within six months). CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Bus Driver position.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to/from scheduled outings, appointments, shopping trips, and community events. This role is crucial in supporting the independence and well-being of our residents by providing friendly, timely, and safe transportation services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment)
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred

Pay Range

$18.54 - $27.71 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
