Job summary

The Kennedy Collective Inc is seeking a part-time Bus Driver for Paratransit Services in Connecticut. You will provide safe, reliable transportation while maintaining dignity, professionalism, and care for riders.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and CT PSL eligibility, and CPR/PMT certification. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CT Public Service License.
• Strong judgment, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to maintain CPR and PMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for riders.
• Ensure dignity, professionalism, and care for all riders.
• Assist with transfers and mobility support when needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CT Public Service License
• Strong judgment, reliability, and attention to safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
