Families First of Minnesota in Rochester, MN is seeking a Bus Driver for our Head Start and Early Head Start programs to safely bring children to and from school with a cheerful, safety-first approach. You will drive morning, mid-day, and afternoon routes, support other Head Start activities, and be a warm, reliable presence for children and families.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, Minnesota Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement and DOT card, plus First-Aid/CPR certification

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; related experience may be considered.
• Must hold Minnesota Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement and DOT medical card.
• First-Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Drive morning, mid-day, and/or afternoon routes, ensuring safe transport of children.
• Support other Head Start program areas as needed.
• Be a warm, reliable, safety-first presence for children and families.

Every morning, a friendly face behind the wheel can be the highlight of a child's day. That's you. Families First of Minnesota is looking for a Bus Driver to safely and cheerfully transport kids in our Early Head Start and Head Start programs — helping set the tone for a great day of learning before they even step off the bus.

What You'll Do

• Drive morning, mid-day, and/or afternoon routes, getting kids to and from our Head Start programs safely
• Jump in to support other Head Start program areas as needed
• Be a warm, reliable, safety-first presence for the children and families you serve

Schedule

Monday–Thursday

• Full-time: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Part-time: 6:15–9:15 AM and 2:15–5:15 PM
• $24.47/hour

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience
• Valid Minnesota Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement and DOT card
• First-Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to get certified)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam
• A love for kids is a bonus — experience with preschool-age children and families is a plus, but not required!
