Split shift from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Full time hours also available if interested.

Your Role as a Bus Driver

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may also serve as a teacher, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old and possess the necessary credentials for a bus driver, including a background check, high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and child passenger safety training.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
