Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Part-time Bus Driver to support Monticello Health, with weekend shifts included. The role ensures safe, timely transportation for residents to appointments and activities, promoting dignity and independence.

Qualified candidates will have a valid CDL where required, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong safety mindset. Training and benefits accompany a flexible weekend schedule within our Indiana community.

  • Maintain safety and security during travel and assist residents as needed.

Part-time Bus Driver Opportunity at Monticello Health (Weekends Included)

The Community Bus Driver plays a critical role for our residents by providing transportation services to and from appointments and activities.

Skills Needed
  • Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to safely transport residents in and out of the vehicle utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie downs and lifts.
  • Safety Focused: Ability to provide safe and secure travel for our residents.
  • Supportive Presence: Create a comforting, calm and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Requirements
