Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp in Belle Glade, FL is hiring Bus Drivers to safely transport children to their destinations. You will adhere to DOT regulations, maintain a clean bus, ensure passenger safety, follow routes, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include safe operation, compliance with policies, and keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained while providing a comfortable ride for all children.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL Class A or B with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training
• Must read and write proficiently
• Good communication and DOT regulation knowledge

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
• Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures outlined in the Grow Early Learning Transportation Manual
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey
• Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking responsibleBus Drivers to join our team in Belle Glade, FL.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B, with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training
• Effective Communication Skills
• Ability to read and write
• Understanding of DOT regulations

• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
