Job summary

Grow Early Learning is seeking responsible Bus Drivers to join our team in South Bay, FL. You will safely operate a school bus, transport children to destinations, and ensure their safety and comfort while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CDL Class A/B with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training, plus strong communication and reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A/B with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training.
• DOT regulations knowledge required.
• Strong communication and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures outlined in the Grow Early Learning Transportation Manual.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey.
• Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager.

About the Role:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B, with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training
