Bus Driver – Crescent City, CA
We are on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Crescent City, CA. You will be responsible for safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, and adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
- Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 21 years or older.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions. 100% of the job performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds; lift material up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
Drug‑free Workplace
