Responsibilities:

• Providing care and compassion to residents
• Supporting new teammates during onboarding
• Transporting residents safely to appointments and outings, using ramps, wheelchair tie-downs, and equipment
• Ensuring timely transportation and reporting incidents or accidents

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 25
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of experience in transportation or training; or equivalent
• Valid CDL license for buses carrying 15+ passengers
• Customer service focus and demonstration of core values
• CNA certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 6 months
